Swallow Hill Homes take pride in the quality of the finish of our buildings and aim to provide 100% customer service both before and after sale.

Company History
Swallow Hill Homes are an established company specialising in converting old Barns into unique homes, on average we complete 3 units per year. We have a work ethos of doing things right first time and not cutting corners. We welcome any professional inspection of all aspects of our work.

Flooring
All our properties are supplied with carpets, wooden flooring or tiles. Where possible we delay purchasing carpets to allow customers to choose their own colours.

Kitchens
Are finished to a high standard with plenty of storage, we install high quality appliances including built in ovens, dishwashers, fridges and freezers. Where timeframes permit we allow customers to choose the make and model of appliances.

Heating
All properties conform to modern standards of energy efficiency including “A” rated gas boilers. Our developments provide modern levels of Energy Efficiency, comfort & low costs of ownership coupled with the unique features you would expect from these historic buildings.

Burglar alarms
All properties are equipped with wired burglar alarms providing security and peace of mind to purchasers.
Landscaping The barns’ external areas will be fully finished including lawns laid with high quality turf, generous sized patios and limestone gravel to parking areas.

Fittings
We believe the quality of a house is about how it feels, the attention to detail. We welcome any inspection to see the quality of our workmanship.

Peace of mind
Fully transferable 10 year structural warranties will be provided to all purchasers of the properties. The warranties are fully accepted by the council of mortgage lenders and are provided by Build-zone who are the market leader in new home warranties for these types of development.
